Peer Review Process

All submissions received through the congress management system undergo a double-blind peer-review process and are evaluated by at least two independent reviewers.

The final decision regarding the acceptance of a submission is made by the Scientific Committee, taking into consideration the recommendations of the reviewers.

To ensure academic integrity and impartiality, the identities of both authors and reviewers remain confidential throughout the review process.

Registration fees are collected as donations to the Educational Research Association (ERA/EAB). All revenues are used to support scholarships, research projects, and academic activities. ICER 2026 is organized as a non-profit academic event.

Important: Accepted papers will be included in the congress program only after the registration fee has been paid. Papers for which the registration fee is not paid will not be scheduled for presentation or included in the congress proceedings.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

Cancellation requests submitted on or before 15 September 2026 are eligible for a 50% refund of the registration fee.

No refunds will be issued for cancellations received after this date or for non-attendance for any reason.

Participants who complete registration but do not attend the congress, or who fail to cancel their registration by the specified deadline, shall not be entitled to any refund.

Discounts and Exemptions

Members of the Educational Research Association (EAB) and participants affiliated with Near East University are entitled to a 50% discount on the registration fees listed above.

Members of the Organizing Committee are exempt from registration fees.

Undergraduate and graduate students are eligible for a 25% discount upon submission of valid proof of student status.

If a participant is both a student and an EAB member (or affiliated with Near East University), only the 50% discount may be applied. Discounts cannot be combined.

For in-person participation, supporting documents must be presented at the registration desk. Online participants should send the required documents to:

Important Note 2 – Multi-authored Papers

For in-person presentations, each co-author attending the congress must pay the applicable registration fee. Co-authors who do not attend the congress are not required to pay any fee.

For online presentations, each listed author is required to pay the registration fee individually.
