• Papers sent to the congress system are sent to at least two referees.
• The final decision on the paper to be accepted is made by taking into account the opinion of the majority of referees.
• The names of the author(s) and referees in the papers sent for evaluation are kept confidential.
• Registration fees are deposited as a donation to the Educational Research Association, and since the income obtained is used in Scholarship Projects and Academic activities, no commercial purpose is pursued.

* The papers of researchers who do not pay the registration fee will not be included in the scope of the congress even if they are accepted.

Refunds;

• 50% of the participation fee will be refunded for cancellation requests made until August 15, 2025. No refunds will be made after this date if the participation is canceled or if the congress is not attended for any reason.
• Participants who pay the registration fee but do not attend the congress or do not cancel their participation by the specified date cannot claim any rights.

• Members of the Education Research Association (EAB) and participants from the Near East University will receive a 50% discount on the fees specified in the table. No fee will be charged to participants who are on the Near East University Organizing Committee.
• Postgraduate students (provided that they submit their documents) will receive a 25% discount on the fees specified. If the student is also an EAB member or a Near East University student, they can only benefit from the 50% discount.

Services Included in the Fee

• Publication of abstracts and full texts in the congress book.
• A certificate of participation for all authors.
• Hot and cold beverages during the congress (Except for online participants)
• Bag, pen, notepad (Except for online participants)
