Dear Educational Researchers,
The Educational Research Association (EAB) is pleased to announce the 18th International Congress of Educational Research (ICER 2026), which will be held on 26–28 October 2026 at Bartın University, Türkiye.
Since its establishment in 2009, ICER has become one of the leading international academic platforms for the presentation and discussion of contemporary educational research. The congress brings together scholars, researchers, educators, policymakers, and graduate students from diverse educational disciplines, providing a unique opportunity to share research findings, exchange ideas, establish academic networks, and develop international collaborations.
The official languages of the congress are English and Turkish. All submitted abstracts and papers will undergo a rigorous peer-review process conducted by experts in the relevant fields. Accepted submissions will be presented as either oral presentations or poster presentations.
Following the congress, full papers submitted within the designated deadlines will be published electronically in the ICER 2026 Proceedings Book (ISBN). Authors who prefer journal publication may submit their manuscripts to one of the academic journals supporting the congress. Papers accepted through the journals’ peer-review processes will be published in accordance with the publication policies and schedules of the respective journals.
We cordially invite researchers, academics, practitioners, and graduate students to participate in ICER 2026 and contribute to the advancement of educational research and practice.
We look forward to welcoming you to Bartın University in October 2026.
